Eligibility
Prospective candidates seeking admission to the undergraduate programs of the institute should have completed 13 years of education under the Indian Education system (CSBE or ICSE) or any equivalent Board in India or overseas, with English and Mathematics at the class X level. Candidates from abroad should have completed their A levels (under the British system).

Selection Procedure

The students are screened on the basis of marks obtained in class XII (a minimum average of 55%). Students, who qualify the above, need to appear for an extensive interview conducted by IILM. The interview process is of exploratory nature where the panels seeks out the strengths of each candidate and tries to match the profile of the prospective candidate to the course. The course is application oriented and seeks students with well rounded personalities demonstrating leadership ability with a sense of responsibility. Knowledge in the fields of business, political, social and scientific issues of global importance will help to take the interview. The decision of the admission committee will be binding and final.

The brochure & the fee structure shall be emailed to your account. At IILM UBS, our aim is to make the application process as simple and efficient as possible. That's why we encourage you to apply online. Before you apply it is important that you have looked into the course and that you are aware of the entry requirements, the fee, and what the course entails.

 

To begin your application, follow the simple steps outlined below.

  1. Go to our website www.ubs.iilm.edu and click on "Online Form".
  2. Please note that you will need to complete the application in one sitting.
  3. Select the campus to which you wish to apply. Follow the online instructions to register and enter your personal details When you apply , you provide all your personal details, including first names, surname, title, gender, date of birth, address, telephone numbers and email address. We transfer these details to your application and you will not be asked to provide them again.
  4. As you progress, you will need to write a Personal Statement. You will have the option of writing it online in the space provided or emailing it to us at a later stage. Please remember to note the email address incase you wish to email it later.
  5. Once you have entered all the required information on the form, you may submit your application by clicking the SUBMIT APPLICATION button.
  6. To process the application, you will need to remit a non refundable fee of Rs.1200 through a demand draft drawn in favour of IILM UBS payable at New Delhi. No cash will be accepted. You may bring the draft with you at the time of the interview.
  7. Please note that we are unable to process applications until they are complete.
 
The documents required at the time of interview are
– Photocopy of X and XII mark sheet (with originals)
– Character Certificate from School (with originals)
– School leaving certificate (with originals)
– Board Roll no.
– Address Proof
– 1 passport size photograph
– SAT test results (if available)
– Transfer applicants only-Mark sheet of last qualifying examination of the College/University attended
Originals will be returned after verification.

The University of Bradford awards offered in collaboration with IILM are of an equivalent standard to UK based awards as evidenced by both Internal Quality Assured processes of the University, and externally by the UK Quality Assurance Agency. The awards, therefore, are deemed ‘equivalent'. The University of Bradford 's origins date back to 1860, when it was founded as The Bradford Technical College. The University received its Royal Charter in 1966.

The association of Indian Universities' (AIU) website ( http://www.aiuweb.org/content.aspx?ID29 ) lists the accredited foreign universities, among others, as given in the Commonwealth Universities Handbook (http;//www.acu.ac.uk).The University of Bradford is listed here.

IILM has applied for approval of the collaboration with the University of Bradford, UK to the University Grants Commission vide our application dated November 29, 2005. A copy of the application and the interim response from the University Grants Commission is available on our website, www.ubs.iilm.edu. Similarly, we have also applied to the All India Council for Technical Education on March 7, 2006 for approval. A copy of our application to the AICTE is available on our website.
