Yuva Goonj<\/strong>– NGO Club of IILM Institute for Business and management<\/strong>, being accountable towards the state and society had taken an initiative of \u201cPATHSHALA<\/strong>\u201d a year back in February 2016<\/strong>, with the guidance of Dr Pinky Goswami<\/strong>. Imparting Knowledge and learning in underprivileged children and making them rise and shine in society is the motive behind this.<\/p>\n

Timeline of a year was progressive in every folder of PATHSHALA<\/strong>. Yuva members are organising classes on daily basis in the evening shift. Various means of technologies and activities are been used conduct sessions effectively.<\/p>\n

IILM Institute for Business and Management<\/strong> belief on the principle of overall development of a student not only in career but also as person on whole. Following this ,Yuva members has came up with mentoring concept in PATHSHALA<\/strong> which is an eternal part and partial of our institute as well. Bookish knowledge is not adequate enough to grow up as a distinct personality rather practical and real life lessons are needed here.\u00a0 Hence all the 30 students of PATHSHALA<\/strong> has been assigned a Yuva Mentor<\/strong>. These Yuva mentors will enrich and guide these children with their knowledge and experiences.
