The event was organized by Utsav &#8211; The Cultural Club where the students from the Undergraduate and Post graduate programs were seen enjoying the festival in full fervor with the faculties, staff and alumni. The event truly created a buzz in the city as was seen on the popular blogs in Gurgaon http:\/\/blog.whatsupgurgaon.in\/dandiya-raas-nights-garba-dance-events-gurgaon\/<\/p>\n<p>The evening began by offering prayers to Goddess Durga. This was complemented by a special performance by the students from a nearby village who sang Shri Ganeshji&#8217;s Aarti.<\/p>\n<p>The college band kick-started the evening by their musical performance, while the girls and boys of the PGDM Batch of 2014-16 &amp; 2013-15 came together with an enthralling dance performance which set the mood for the audience to bring out their Dandiya sticks<\/p>\n<p>The evening could not be complete without the performance of Mannat &#8211; The Band who brought the attention of the crowd and made them sway to the beats of their music.<\/p>\n<p>The scrumptious Navratra food was enjoyed by all present at the event while the popular &#8216;Band Baaja Dandiya&#8217; frame caught everyone\u2019s attention as they clicked photographs with those present, and took back memories to be remembered forever!<\/p>\n<p>All the special moments can be revisited by logging on to our Institute&#8217;s Facebook Page: \u00a0https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/media\/set\/?set=a.709537449131103.1073741904.454316774653173&amp;type=1<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Band Baaja Dandiya 2014 The auspicious festival of Navratra&#8217;s was celebrated beautifully at the IILM Gurgaon campus with &#8216;Band Baaja Dandiya&#8217;.
