For a student who cannot secure an education loan at this scale, or whose family is not in a position to absorb this commitment, this is a real barrier \u2014 not a preference. A full Rs 23.5 lakh loan at 9% interest over 7 years generates an EMI of approximately Rs 37,000-38,000 per month.
