How does it address the need for transferable skills?

IILM PGDM in Marketing and Innovation would help students shape up factors such as innovative ideas, identifying the markets and its opportunities, and understanding the strengths and weaknesses of the environment. This course will consider the essential question of why innovations are successful and why some fail, simultaneously studying the basic theories, tools and frameworks that allow for better decision making.

This will include value creation, communication, delivery and innovative solutions. Innovation brings both challenges and opportunities for the marketer, and traditional marketing frameworks often “break down” when applied in these environments, missing critical insights essential for marketing success. This course will provide you with frameworks to recognize the risks associated with marketing innovations, avoid them or mitigate their impacts, and thereby capitalize upon opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

In order to secure admission to first year of the two-year full time IILM PGDM, aspirants need to fulfill following eligibility criteria:

1. Degree (10+2+3 or 4) in any discipline from universities and institutions recognized by AICTE/ UGC/ AIU (Students appearing in their final year can also apply) with minimum 50% marks.
2. Candidates can apply based on their scores in CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ CMAT / ATMA scores.
3. Work experience, additional educational qualification will get extra weightage.
4. Those who have appeared for their final year graduation examinations in the current year may also apply for admission to Post Graduate program.
