Biography

PhD from GGSIP University Delhi, a University Topper and Gold Medallist during Post-Graduation, Dr. Sona Vikas has more than 18 years of experience in Industry and Academics. She is currently working as Associate Professor at IILM, in the area of OB and HR. Dr. Sona has been a Master Trainer for the ICP-CSR Certificate Programme (under IICA, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India).

  • Master of Tourism Administration, Institute of Management Studies, Devi Ahilya University, Indore
  • BA (English) Hons., Indraprastha College for Women, Delhi University, Delhi
  • Industry Experience of 7 and a half years in HR, Sales, MIS and Quality in the travel industry.
  • Research experience of 3 years. Teaching experience of more than 8 years.
