Shraddha Sharma has completed her Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering with Honours from Uttar Pradesh Technical University and also done her MTech in Urban Development & Management from TERI school of advanced studies.
She had engaged with India Road Safety Campaign, IIT Delhi where she mentored two teams of engineering students to analyze the situation of accidents and suggested economical ideas related to the projects under National Service Scheme. She had also worked with Town & Country Planning Organization, Haryana on the building laws and regulation along with establishment of new rules under the redevelopment scheme.
One of her Post-graduation project was with Municipal Corporation, Gurugram where she worked on decentralized sewage management system for the city.
She had also worked with Ecogreen Energy Private Limited on Integrated Solid waste management to come up with the working of vehicle tracking system and solid waste collection system.
Her areas of interest include sustainable urban planning, new-age transportation/mobility & green buildings development.
