Summer Internships are an important part of students’ journey as this is the platform where a student enters the Corporate world and gets a hands-on experience of the same. Internships are intended to provide students practical knowledge in various areas and industries. Through internships, students gain experience and discover their strengths and possible growth areas. Summer Internship process involves the mentors from Industry and academics both, who guide the students in pursuing their internships Projects. The faculties, the Industry mentors and the Placement department constantly monitor the students’ learnings & experience during the internships. At IILM every year students receive many pre- placement offers as a result of their exceptional performance in their Summer Internships. This serves as a reminder that our students are future ready business leaders who are responsible, capable, and well-equipped as per industry requirements.
