As a signatory to the United Nations Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME), IILM University is dedicated to integrating responsible management practices into research and teaching. In addition to demonstrating IILM’s commitment to promoting ethical, socially conscious, and sustainable management practices, this conference seeks to support PRME’s objective of incorporating responsible management into cutting-edge business models and technologies.
The 13th International Conference on Responsible Management in the Age of AI brings together scholars, industry leaders, policymakers, and practitioners to explore how emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, are reshaping management, organizational resilience, and sustainable value creation. The conference emphasizes adaptive leadership, digital collaboration, and the evolving expectations of the Gen-Z workforce, aiming to foster human-centric, ethical management approaches while addressing global challenges like technological disruption, climate change, and workforce transformation.
