The IILM MBA/PGDM is a two-year, six-term programme with a curriculum benchmarked against Wharton, Harvard, Yale, and the IIMs — blending rigorous management theory with structured practical application across every term.
Students build foundational skills in Year 1 — covering Finance, Marketing, Operations, HR, Economics, and Organisational Behaviour — before moving into integrated, real-world problem solving in Year 2. Throughout the programme, learning extends well beyond the classroom. A mandatory Summer Internship places students inside organisations for eight to twelve weeks. Live projects and industry visits connect academic concepts to real business challenges. And a Career Trek takes students across the country to interact directly with HR leaders at reputed organisations — helping them understand what industries actually expect before they enter the placement process.
By graduation, IILM PGDM students bring both analytical depth and hands-on business exposure — making them genuinely ready for the roles they are hired into.

IILM's Corporate Readiness Programme is a structured, hyper-personalised journey that prepares students not just for placement — but for a career they have actively chosen and planned for.
The CRP begins with self-awareness and sector exploration through the Know Yourself module, followed by one-to-one sessions to map each student's individual Career Roadmap.
From there, students move through a seven-step journey covering specialisation, profile mapping, résumé building, SIP preparation, role clarity, and GD/PI training — supported throughout by mentors drawn from across industries.
The result is a student who arrives at every recruiter interaction with clarity of purpose, a well-defined profile, and the skills to back it up.
