Dr. Divya Anand is currently working an Associate Dean (UG Program) and an Assistant Professor at IILM Institute of Higher Education, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. Previously, she was an Assistant Professor at the Amity Institute of International Studies, Amity University, Noida. She has 5+ years of teaching and research experience. Along with her passion for teaching, she has also held various administrative positions as Deputy Superintendent of Examinations and then as Centre Superintendent of Examinations and as a Program leader. She has also held leadership roles as a coordinator in admissions, mentoring and student counselling and research clubs.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi and a Master’s degree from Hindu College, University of Delhi, New Delhi. She has completed her M.Phil and PhD from School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Her core area of teaching and research are International Political Economy, political and economic affairs of the European Union, regional issues of South Asia. She also undertakes research and writes on South Asian affairs, Indian Foreign Policy, Security, Terrorism and Counter-Terrorism. She is a keen researcher and has contributed research papers and articles published in journals of national and international repute.
