Currently, I am working as a Professor OB & HRM at IILM Lodhi Road, New Delhi, India.

I have held many leadership positions as Dean PGDM & Dean UG for BSc (Hons) Business and Management program offered in collaboration with University of Bradford, UK. I am also responsible for the International Partnerships at IILM and have successfully initiated and completed many partnership arrangements with various foreign universities in Europe, Canada and Australia.

I have a teaching experience of 20 plus years and I teach various undergraduate, graduate and executive level courses: core courses of OB & HRM. I have also been nominated and awarded the “best faculty award” from IILM for three consecutive years, in 2019, 2020 & 2021.

I was awarded the PhD degree in 2009 in the area of HRM from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. I am a Psychology graduate and have completed Bachelors, Masters and MPhil in Psychology from University of Delhi.

I have successfully planned, executed and trained professionals across a wide range of leadership and behavioral skills. I have been actively involved with training executives and have been regularly conducting workshops in the area of soft skills on topics like Emotional Intelligence; Attitude Change and Anger Management; Conflict and Stress Management in various private and public sector organizations like Engineers India Limited (EIL), Airport Authority of India (AAI), GAIL Training Institute, Directorate General Resettlement (DGR) & Military Engineer Services (MES). I have also conducted training for IAS and IPS officers on HR related skills.
