The Editorial Board of IILM Journal of Management invites submissions for its upcoming issue, Volume 1, Issue 2. We seek original research articles, case studies, and review papers that address innovative and contemporary challenges across a wide range of management disciplines, including but not limited to the following:

Dedication, efforts, results, discipline are major pillars of IILM AHL. All faculty members focus on students growth and career. While part of IILM as a student, faculty members have worked as catalyst who amplified my learning process.
I am very thankful to my teachers for their guidance, support and the immense knowledge that they shared with me over the course of 2 years. The profile that I have joined is of HR area which was taught to me in college , and it helped me a lot during my professional working.
I would like to thanks IILM & faculty of IILM for building my careers. Before joining IILM I was expecting to complete transform action in my careers by which IILM has provide to me. The learning in IILM is phenomenal and is enriching me both personally & professionally.

First of all I am extremely grateful to IILM-AHL for giving me the opportunity to study here. Thank you so much for everything that you’ve done to help me reach the peak of my profession. I would like to thank all faculties, Dean and Director ma’am who inspired and encouraged me throughout my 2 years of college tenure, and I want you to know how much your words helped me and guided me.
One thing that I want to quote about IILM apart from the placements and education is that it’s among one of the best colleges who monitors their student. I am heartiest grateful to the college for shaping my personality and making me what I am today by giving me an opportunity to showcase my ability which has boosted my confidence and increased my morale.
I would always be grateful to IILM AHL for giving me multi-dimensional learning by providing the apt mix of academics , industry exposure , attitude and leadership. The professors are all dedicated experts and helpful in their respective subjects. I will always cherish the feeling of studying at an Institute which focuses on career enhancements along with overall skill development.
IILM is much beyond just an “institution”, it actually denotes a “culture”… Culture of excellence,empowerment,and enrichment. Being a part of IILM I felt blessed. College bridge the gap between faculty and students. This college has molded my personality and clarified my vision of the future.
I believe that the achievement of an organization is a result of combined efforts of each individual. This is something that I learnt at IILM AHL. The place that helped me build not only my career but an ambition that was fulfilled by the support of everyone. IILM believed in its students and thats what makes this college stand out among others.
