Students Clubs constitute the core of the IILM Campus experience and reflect the commitment of IILM Lucknow in ensuring a holistic and well-rounded development of its students. The Clubs have been formed to enable students to exhibit their talents not only in academics, but also in extracurricular activities as well. These Clubs are wholly managed by the students, enabling them to gain valuable leadership and management experience while at the same time, bringing about a great balance between work, fun and leisure activities.
The Student Clubs at IILM Lucknow are broadly divided into two categories-Academic and Non-Academic:
FinAcction: “FinAcction” is the Finance Club at IILM Lucknow. The objective of FinAcction is to explore, disseminate and enhance conceptual as well as practical knowledge of Finance & Accounting. The Club also endeavours to develop the technical and soft skills of the members, as well as other students, through conduct of online and offline activities.
Optilytics: “Optilytics” is the Operations and Analytics Club at IILM Lucknow. The Club strives to encourage critical thinking in students and enhance their decision-making skills and also gives them ample opportunities to participate in various activities.
Yukti: “Yukti” is the HR Club at IILM Lucknow. The objective of Yukti is to help students imbibe the qualities of a people manager. The club aims to try and bridge the gap between the expectations and reality of potential recruiters.
Markelite: “Markelite is the Marketing Club at IILM Lucknow. The Club aims to explore and disseminate conceptual as well as practical knowledge of Marketing; and to enhance skills and knowledge of members as well as other students, through online and offline activities & events.
ExprenZa: “ExprenZa” is the Cultural Club at IILM Lucknow. The Club aims to encourage the artistic talent of students and give them chances to explore other aspects of their personality, enabling them to enhance their creativity and imagination.
Josh: “Josh” is the Sports Club at IILM Lucknow. The Club is committed to provide a healthy sporting spirit among the students, enabling them to learn teamwork, coordination and working in diverse teams.
CSR Club: As the name suggests, the objective of the CSR Club is to sensitize students about their duties and responsibilities towards the community and society at large. The club aims to encourage and inculcate socially responsible behaviour in students.
Dedication, efforts, results, discipline are major pillars of IILM AHL. All faculty members focus on students growth and career. While part of IILM as a student, faculty members have worked as catalyst who amplified my learning process.
I am very thankful to my teachers for their guidance, support and the immense knowledge that they shared with me over the course of 2 years. The profile that I have joined is of HR area which was taught to me in college , and it helped me a lot during my professional working.
I would like to thanks IILM & faculty of IILM for building my careers. Before joining IILM I was expecting to complete transform action in my careers by which IILM has provide to me. The learning in IILM is phenomenal and is enriching me both personally & professionally.

One thing that I want to quote about IILM apart from the placements and education is that it’s among one of the best colleges who monitors their student. I am heartiest grateful to the college for shaping my personality and making me what I am today by giving me an opportunity to showcase my ability which has boosted my confidence and increased my morale.
