The students organize IILM’s Annual Fest-ZEAL, in February every year. This regional level gala event witnesses participation of 500+ students from various colleges. About 35+ events categorized into Academic, Cultural, Sports and Informal categories are organized over 3-4 days. The entire event is conceptualized and managed by IILM students.
IILM Academy of Higher Learning organizes a grand Convocation Ceremony for each graduating batch of Post Graduate Diploma in Management. This is a very formal event in which the graduating batch is awarded the diploma and the meritorious students are bestowed with Gold, Silver & Bronze medals by the distinguished chief guests.
IILM Lucknow has an alumni network of 700+ students. Every year IILM organizes a grand Alumni Meet to make the Alumni feel connected with the Institute and to give them an opportunity to relive old memories. The current students grab the opportunity to meet the alumni, build their network and learn about the career opportunities from them informally.
Every year, the students of IILM Lucknow participate with enthusiasm in the Swachchta Pakhwada and spread the message of cleanliness amongst the general public living in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.
Additionally, outreach activities are also done in slum areas to create awareness amongst the children and adults, regarding cleanliness, saving of water, reduction of plastic usage, etc. The students also perform street plays with a strong message for cleanliness. The objective is to communicate the message of cleanliness in easy language, through a dramatic script.
IILM Lucknow is a happening campus, with students enjoying a vibrant campus life. Whether it is one batch welcoming another through an extravagant Fresher’s Party, or bidding Farewell through Farewell Parties or celebration of Teacher’s Day, Diwali, Christmas, Dandiya Night, New Year or participating in industry outreach events like Red FM College ke Tashanbaaz, the students at IILM Lucknow are always ready to rock and roll to the rocking tunes of the DJ.
Human life is precious and the blood donated by healthy people can save many precious lives. With this passion and motivation, IILM Academy of Higher Learning, Lucknow organizes a Blood Donation Camp every year in the campus. Normally, this event is done in collaboration with a large hospital which has an active blood bank. A well-equipped team of doctors and technicians come to the campus and carry out the entire exercise. Student Volunteers from IILM facilitate the visiting team in registration and other tasks. Huge participation is witnessed from the students of the college, teachers and outsiders too.
Dedication, efforts, results, discipline are major pillars of IILM AHL. All faculty members focus on students growth and career. While part of IILM as a student, faculty members have worked as catalyst who amplified my learning process.
I am very thankful to my teachers for their guidance, support and the immense knowledge that they shared with me over the course of 2 years. The profile that I have joined is of HR area which was taught to me in college , and it helped me a lot during my professional working.
I would like to thanks IILM & faculty of IILM for building my careers. Before joining IILM I was expecting to complete transform action in my careers by which IILM has provide to me. The learning in IILM is phenomenal and is enriching me both personally & professionally.

One thing that I want to quote about IILM apart from the placements and education is that it’s among one of the best colleges who monitors their student. I am heartiest grateful to the college for shaping my personality and making me what I am today by giving me an opportunity to showcase my ability which has boosted my confidence and increased my morale.
