He is currently working in IILM as a Chairperson Admissions and Associate Professor of Practice in IT & Operations Area. A large part of his academic career was with BIMTECH (Birla Institute of Management Technology), until year 2024, as the Chairperson of Admissions, he was instrumental in expanding student enrollments, enhancing brand visibility, and strengthening stakeholder engagement through digital platforms and technological advancements in the selection process.

His leadership ensured 100% student enrollment against the sanctioned intake while enhancing student quality based on cutoff percentiles, gender ratio, academic and regional diversity, social inclusivity, work experience, and international enrollments. These efforts significantly contributed to BIMTECH’s improved rankings by national and international accreditation bodies such as AACSB, NIRF, NAAC, and NBA.

His teaching and training expertise include Information Systems Management for Business, Spreadsheet Modeling, ERP for Business, Social Media Marketing, and Business Data Analytics.

Beginning his career with NIIT followed by APTECH & WINTECH Computers, he has held managerial roles in business development, admissions, and outreach while also teaching programming languages such as FoxBase, FoxPro, C, C++, C Sharp, Shell, Java, VB, and MySQL on MS Windows and Linux operating systems between 1997 and 2004.
