Highlights of HR Conclave 2019 at IILM AHL Jaipur
Second session with the theme of “Leveraging technology to boost employee engagement began with a talk by Mr. M. L. Sharma who presented his thoughts on the topic “Organization Network Analytics tools across employee life cycle”. He briefed about the uses of organisational network analysis, employees’ role, how it is helpful for organisation, and how such things can be managed. He emphasized on role of mind and brain in networking. He motivated the management stakeholders by his thoughts and views on network analysis. This session was taken forward by Mr. Anurag Siddharth who talked about “Human Resource Analytics”. He focused on the factors of competitive advantage in HR and HR business partner. The session covered all the major techniques that can be used in boosting employee engagement and performance management.
