Mentoring is a deeply integral part of the PGDM curriculum at IILM. It plays a pivotal role in ensuring that every student’s two-year journey is not just about academic excellence, but also about personal growth, self-discovery, and transformation. Through regular mentoring sessions, students are encouraged to reflect, realign, and become better versions of themselves both personally and professionally.
In line with this vision, IILM Jaipur is organizing a special session titled “Discovering the Strength in You”, designed to help students recognize their inner potential and harness it with clarity and confidence.
We are excited to welcome Mr. Harsh Vardhan Singh Raghuvanshi, a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Athletic Trainer, and Mental Wellness Coach. With years of experience guiding individuals toward holistic well-being, Mr. Raghuvanshi brings valuable insights into building both physical resilience and mental strength.
This session aims to help students: Understand how physical and mental wellness align with personal development and take the first step towards discovering their true potential.
