She has demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing methodologies, negotiation tactics, vendor relationship management, and supply chain optimization strategies. She has a proven track record of spearheading successful projects aimed at driving cost savings, process efficiencies, and overall supply chain enhancements. She possesses extensive knowledge and understanding of the intricacies involved in sourcing components, managing suppliers, and mitigating supply chain risks. She is well-versed in collaborating with international teams, particularly in Japan, on specialized projects related to sourcing, costing, and accessory development, showcasing adaptability and cross-cultural competency. She also has specialization in Commonization and merger practices for OEM Supply Chains for leading Automobile companies.

Working as an independent consultant, she also demonstrated expertise in optimizing purchasing systems, developing procurement strategies, and negotiating skills, leading to process improvements for various companies.
