She received her PhD from the Department of Management Studies, Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur. Her research interests include general management, organisational stress, work-family issues, qualitative, and quantitative research. She has published several papers in peer-reviewed international journals of repute. She has more than 12 years of experience (academia + corporate) working with diverse groups spread across four Indian states.  Her teaching interests include organisational behaviour, Learning & Development, Industrial Relations and Labour Laws, and compensation Management. She has also served as a resource person for  executive development and faculty development programs.
