He is a doctorate in Retailing and an MBA in Marketing, having more than 29 years of experience with a blend of experience in Corporate with companies like Redington India Ltd., HCL Info System Ltd, as profit Centre head. He has led sales teams, while in Corporate with stellar results.Dr. Sarabhai has worked as Head of the Department at TAPMI School of Business, Manipal University Jaipur for two straight terms. He has been part of a three years exhaustive leadership program called ‘SMILE’ by ‘People Business’.

He has also taught middle level working executive at ICFAI Dubai for two semesters and trained DGM and officers of SBI and Punjab National Bank, professionals from Genpact ,‘Not for Profit Organisations’ in the field of sales andCustomer Experience Management.He has delivered around 10 Management Development Programs to BPCL. Dr. Sarabhai has conducted workshops on ‘Outcome Based Education’ at various Universities and colleges of repute.

He has successfully guided two doctoral candidates and published in Scopus and ABDC category ‘A’ and category ‘B’ journals.
