IILM Jaipur welcomed the incoming PGDM batch with Bon Début 2025, a five-day orientation program designed to inspire, engage, and prepare students for their transformational management journey. More than just an introduction to campus life, the program served as a platform for students to connect with peers, faculty members, industry experts, alumni, and the values that define the IILM experience.
The orientation commenced with a warm welcome from the institute leadership, setting the tone for an exciting and enriching academic journey ahead. Through a cNarefully curated blend of academic sessions, interactive workshops, team-building activities, leadership exercises, and networking opportunities, students were introduced to the expectations and opportunities of a contemporary management education.
Throughout the week, students participated in engaging sessions on communication, critical thinking, leadership, career readiness, and personal development. Faculty members familiarized them with the PGDM curriculum, learning methodologies, assessment processes, and the importance of experiential learning. Interactive activities encouraged collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving while helping students build meaningful connections with their batchmates.
A key highlight of Bon Début 2025 was the opportunity for students to interact with industry professionals, alumni, and corporate leaders who shared valuable insights on emerging business trends, career planning, workplace expectations, and leadership in a rapidly evolving business environment. These sessions provided students with practical perspectives and motivated them to approach their management education with purpose and ambition.
The program also introduced students to various student clubs, committees, institutional initiatives, and experiential learning opportunities available at IILM Jaipur, encouraging active participation beyond the classroom. From academic excellence and industry exposure to social responsibility and leadership development, students gained a comprehensive understanding of the holistic learning environment that awaits them.
