IILM Jaipur successfully hosted the Management Conclave 2026 on the theme “AI for Business: Emerging Opportunities and Challenges”, bringing together industry leaders, academicians, researchers, and students to explore the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence in shaping the future of business. The two-day conclave served as a dynamic platform for meaningful dialogue on AI adoption, innovation, and its managerial implications across industries.
The conclave featured distinguished speakers from leading organizations and institutions, including HCLTech, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, MDI Gurgaon, IIM Ahmedabad, XLRI, MNIT Jaipur, and other prominent industry and academic bodies. Through keynote addresses, panel discussions, and technical sessions, participants gained valuable insights into AI-driven business transformation, digital innovation, data-led decision-making, enterprise adoption, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
A key highlight of the conclave was its focus on bridging the gap between technological possibilities and practical implementation. Discussions centered on how organizations can leverage AI responsibly, overcome adoption challenges, and create sustainable business value in an increasingly technology-driven world.
The conclave also featured a Faculty Development Program on “Designing & Drafting Classroom Case Studies Using AI Tools,” enabling educators to integrate AI-powered approaches into teaching, learning, and case-based pedagogy.
By fostering collaboration between academia and industry, the Management Conclave reinforced IILM Jaipur’s commitment to preparing future-ready leaders equipped with the knowledge, skills, and perspectives needed to thrive in an AI-enabled business environment.
