BBA in International Management Program is a full-time, three-year, Undergraduate Program aimed at preparing young graduates in understanding Business in the Global context. They will learn to identify international business opportunities, develop global markets for their existing business or work in Multinational organisations.
Course Overview
The program offers a range of courses which are both deep and wide to foster a global mindset and develop specific skills required to succeed in international business domain. This program also offers students the freedom to choose courses from other disciplines to develop a niche portfolio to succeed in the VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) world.
Introduction
BBA in Entrepreneurship Program is a full-time, three-year, Undergraduate Program in the field of Business Management. The BBA specialisation in Entrepreneurship aims to foster a strong entrepreneurial mindset among students. Students who opt for this major will graduate with the skills and knowledge needed to create a business or innovate an existing business.
Course Overview
The program is designed to prepare students from any background or area of study with the perspective, knowledge, and skills necessary to conceptualize, launch, manage, and grow a new business/ innovate. It will also equip them with an understanding of the advantages and challenges of a new venture they may work for. Students have an opportunity to learn to shape entrepreneurial opportunities, assess feasibility, raise funds, and develop other skills needed to open, manage, and grow a new business venture. Students are exposed to innovation, marketing, and business modelling as they work in interdisciplinary teams to develop business plans. The major covers topics such as foundations of entrepreneurship, design thinking and innovation, entrepreneurial finance and fund raising, new product development and social entrepreneurship.

This program gives the students freedom to choose subjects from different disciplines such as Positive Psychology, Design Fundamentals, Business Law, Art appreciation, Material Manipulation, Digital Storytelling, Media Psychology etc. This helps them specialize in two areas of their choice adding to their employability quotient and making them capable of handling challenges they may face during their careers.
The program also imparts students with contemporary skill sets such as Design thinking, Analytical skills, Decision-making, Emotional Intelligence and is meant for students who desire to develop professional competence with higher knowledge and develop a holistic personality.
Experiential Learning
Changing the way students learn: Engaging, challenging and fun, the curriculum incorporates blended and experiential learning with cutting edge tools for business education so that students are capable of turning concepts into effective decision making, initiating action from knowledge and converting ideas into change.
Internships, Global Exposure, Academic & Industry Projects, Business Simulations, Workshops, Industry and NGO visits make the learning a holistic experience that is intellectually invigorating.
Summer Internship is an integral part of the curriculum at IILM. The short-term experience during the summer internships offers the important opportunity to work closely with professionals in the chosen field and to develop knowledge, competencies, and experience related directly to career goals. BBA curriculum requires students to pursue 2 distinct internships.
NGO internship
Students pursue a minimum of two weeks internship at an NGO at the end of year 1, to develop social sensitivity.

Summer Internship
6-8 weeks summer internship with corporates/Industry at the end of year-2. This helps in providing hands-on experience to the students and aids in understanding business trends and making them job-ready according to the demands of the professional world.
