IILM Law School is pleased to announce a session on the “Basics of Alternative Dispute Resolution in India,” scheduled for March 18, 2024, Monday, in the Moot Court Hall at 12:30 PM. This session aims to inspire students to explore various modes of settlement, including arbitration, conciliation, mediation, and lok adalat, from an Indian perspective. These methods have significantly improved access to justice by alleviating the burden on the Indian courts.
