UGC NET qualified (2019); PhD in Psychology, Dr. Aanchal is an Assistant Professor at IILM University, Gurugram, having experience in teaching Psychology, English and Business Communication. She has earlier worked with Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies as an Assistant Professor of Psychology. Having done her graduation in Psychology from Delhi University and Post-graduation in Organizational Psychology from Amity University, she also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Guidance. Along with her interest in research, Aanchal also has 3 International publications entitled along with one UGC care publication to her. Dr Aanchal was also conferred with Emerging Scientist Award at the International Conference for Award Winners in November 2021.

Dr Aanchal has also presented a paper at the 31st annual convention of the National Academy of Psychology. She has proactively participated in various assignments related to Professional communication, Employability and Soft Skills. Her experience also entails imparting know-how for English for Academic Purposes.
