Dr. Neha Bansal is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the School of Computer Science & Engineering, IILM University, Gurugram. She earned her Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Delhi in 2024, with a specialization in structured and unstructured databases.

Dr. Bansal has published numerous research papers in reputed international journals and conferences, reflecting her strong academic and research credentials. She holds an M.Tech. in Information System Security from NIT Jamshedpur, and a B.Tech. in Information Technology from Kurukshetra University. Professionally, she has gained industry experience as a Production Data Management Specialist at Alpex Exports Pvt. Ltd., where she was responsible for managing cross-departmental data and improving overall operational efficiency.

Dr. Bansal has qualified the GATE examination and was awarded MHRD scholarships during both her M.Tech. and Ph.D. programs. In addition to her technical expertise, she has been actively engaged in the academic community, contributing to and organizing various workshops and conferences.
