Dr. Vaishali holds a B.E., M.Tech. & Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering, with her research expertise in Network-on-Chip Architecture. She completed her Ph.D. in 2017. She is currently serving as an Associate Professor and Head – Industry Connect at the School of Computer Science & Engineering, IILM University, Gurgaon. She previously served at NMIMS Mumbai and Shri Vishwakarma Skill University, Haryana and others for around 10 years with an industry experience of 3 years contributing to a total of 13 years of teaching and administrative experience. She has published research papers in the domain of NoC and has edited one book. She brings with her rich experience in Industry-Academia Integration and Employability Enhancement, with a strong focus on aligning academic programs with industry expectations.

She has successfully led and organized several high-impact initiatives including Mega Job Fairs, Skill Sphere Round Table Meets, and HR Conclaves, involving senior leadership such as Presidents, Directors, and CHROs from leading multinational organizations. These initiatives have significantly strengthened recruitment pipelines and institutional visibility. Additionally, leveraging her strong Computer Science background, she has developed multiple no-cost digital platforms to streamline career and placement-related opportunities for students.
