Ms. Ekta Yadav is currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Law at IILM University, Gurugram. She is an academician with over four years of experience in teaching and research, having been associated with reputed institutions such as UPES, Dehradun and GD Goenka University, Gurugram before joining IILM University. Her academic and research interests lie in diverse areas including Insolvency & Bankruptcy Law, Securities Market Regulation, Corporate Restructuring and International Human Rights Law. She has published research articles in reputed journals and presented her work at national and international conferences and seminars. Beyond classroom teaching, she is deeply interested in exploring the interface between Business and human rights, with a focus on emerging regulatory frameworks and their impact on governance. She also emphasizes an interdisciplinary approach to legal education, encouraging critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills among students.
