Ms. Aradhya, a RCI licensed clinical psychologist and currently working as an Assistant Professor at IILM University, Gurugram. She has special interest in Clinical Psychology, Psychotherapy and Social Psychology. Her academic arrears encompassed Delhi University for Graduation, Christ University, Bengaluru for Post-Graduation and King George Medical University, Lucknow for MPhil in Clinical Psychology. She has qualified for UGC-NET. She was appointed as a mentor for Mental Health Awareness Initiative (Izhaar) at Gargi College, Delhi University during the course of her graduation. She has published a paper ‘Understanding the effect of Poor Sleep on Working Memory among College Students’. She has presented at 4 conferences. She has worked as a Research Associate for two major ICSSR projects. She previously was working as a clinical psychologist for a startup based in Bengaluru. She is well-versed in psychodiagnostic assessments and follows an eclectic approach with regard to therapy. She believes that learning is an ever evolving journey.
