IILM University, Greater Noida, is pleased to announce the establishment of its advanced creche facility, designed to support the needs of working parents while advancing gender equity and employee welfare. Fully compliant with the Maternity Benefit Act, 2017, the Occupational Safety, Health & Working Conditions Code, 2020, and University Grants Commission guidelines, this facility provides a secure and nurturing environment for children aged 6 months to 10 years, serving the dependents of faculty, staff, and students.
Occupying 1,200 square feet, the creche is thoughtfully designed with dedicated areas for infants, toddlers, and older children. It is equipped with Montessori-inspired educational resources, rest areas, and a designated feeding zone. Safety is prioritized through comprehensive CCTV monitoring, biometric access controls, and strict adherence to the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POSCO) Act. Staffed by qualified early childhood educators and supported by pediatric healthcare services, the facility delivers holistic care and development aligned with the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) Policy, 2013.
Operating from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, the creche offers flexible scheduling to align with university operations and provides subsidized fees to ensure accessibility. This initiative reflects IILM University’s steadfast commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and equitable workplace, enhancing work-life balance for our community.
