Institute of Integrated Learning in Management Innovation Foundation (IILMIF) came into existence in March 2024 with a focus on developing an entrepreneurial learning environment that provides educational, technological, financial, infrastructural, and strategic support to budding entrepreneurs from within and outside the Institute of Integrated Learning Management University Greater Noida. IILMIF is a private incubation center that has a tie-up with corporate bodies through the host institution. IILMIF provides state-of-the-art coworking space, design lab facilities, specialized access features, a rich mentor pool, exclusive industry & investor connections, seed funding, network through events & workshops, peer connections and outreach, and a plethora of legal & accounting services.

Mr. Koustav has over 14 years of experience in working with start-up ecosystem in India. He has mentored several entrepreneurs and helped them in building their business plans. He is passionate about working with entrepreneurs and shares their excitement for making a start-up successful.
He has been instrumental in designing the operating models for different business incubators and has rich experience in execution of the models as well.

Dr. Anuja Sharma, a Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) holder from Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII) She is an entrepreneurship educator, researcher, and start-up ecosystem professional with extensive experience in innovation management, start-up incubation, entrepreneurship development, and capacity-building initiatives. She has worked closely with start-ups, students, educators, industry leaders, and government stakeholders to promote innovation and entrepreneurial excellence.
Her areas of interest include entrepreneurship education, start-up ecosystems, innovation management, and entrepreneurial leadership. She has designed and delivered numerous workshops, faculty development programmes, mentoring sessions, and start-up support initiatives aimed at fostering entrepreneurial mind-sets and building innovation-driven communities.
Dr. Sharma is also the founder of ScentSational, a start-up dedicated to creating premium handcrafted scented candles that combine fragrance, wellness, and artistic design. Through both her academic and entrepreneurial pursuits, she remains committed to empowering aspiring entrepreneurs and contributing to India’s growing innovation ecosystem.
Mr. Aashcharya Shrivastava, Executive at IILM Innovation Lab and Founder of Xpedicr Industry Pvt. Ltd., is a powerhouse of innovation and entrepreneurial drive on campus. Through his healthtech venture, Xpedicr focused on delivering smart, accessible healthcare he brings real-world startup hustle into the incubation ecosystem. Passionate about turning bold ideas into scalable solutions, Aashcharya is a key force in shaping IILM’s vibrant community of young change-makers.
