The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at IILM University, Greater Noida, is the University's central mechanism for institutionalising a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. Guided by the framework and principles of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), IQAC provides strategic direction and facilitates the systematic planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of quality enhancement initiatives across the University and its constituent schools. Quality assurance is a shared institutional responsibility. Accordingly, IQAC fosters a collaborative approach by engaging University leadership, faculty, administrative departments, students, alumni, employers, and other stakeholders in advancing the University's quality agenda. It drives initiatives to strengthen academic and administrative processes, promote innovative teaching-learning practices, enhance research and knowledge creation, and establish robust mechanisms for performance assessment, institutional benchmarking, and evidence-based decision-making. Through systematic documentation, periodic review of institutional outcomes, identification of improvement priorities, and dissemination of good practices, IQAC supports the development of sustainable quality systems across the University. It seeks to ensure that quality is embedded in institutional processes, informs strategic decisions, and remains integral to the University's pursuit of academic and organisational excellence. At IILM University, quality is a shared commitment, continuous improvement is an institutional priority, and excellence is a collective endeavour.

I began my career in 2008 at Matrix Cellular International, followed by a role as Manager, Media Solutions at BIG 92.7 FM. From 2009 to 2018, I served as Vertical Head, Key Business at Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. (Times Group). I then joined Viacom18 as Director & North Head, Branded Content at MTV (2018?2023), before becoming National Revenue Head, Studios at JioCinema (2023?2025). Since April
2025, I have been the CEO of Da One Group, founded by Shikhar Dhawan.
My MBA at IILM equipped me with essential business and corporate skills that helped me excel professionally.
