Dr. Bidyut Mahato is an Assistant Professor in the School of Engineering at IILM, Greater Noida. He completed his Ph.D. (EE, Power Electronics) from IIT(ISM), Dhanbad and M.E (EE, Power Electronics) from BIT, Mesra, Ranchi in the year 2021 and 2014 respectively. He obtained his B.Tech. (EE) from WBUT in the year 2011. With over 10 years of combined experience in teaching and research, he has contributed to the field of Power electronic converters, multilevel inverters, Power factor correction and hybrid electric vehicles. He has represented his work on a global platform by presenting a paper at an International Conference in Tabriz, Iran and Malaysia. Dr. Mahato has reviewed 400+ manuscripts from several Journals/conferences/book-chapters and has authored/co-authored 50+ SCI/SCI- E/Scopus indexed journals/conferences/book-chapters. He is an active reviewer of many reputed journals like IEEE Trans. on Industrial Electronics, IET Power Electronics, IEEE Journal of Emerging and Selected Topics in Power Electronics, Electric Power Components and Systems, Electric Power systems Research, International Transactions on Electrical Energy Systems, etc.He is serving as an Academic Editors in the reputed Journals like International Journal of Energy Research, International Journal of Energy Research, Discover Applied Sciences, Indian Journal of Engineering, Scientific Reports etc. Dr. Mahato is serving as a Joint Secretary for MCC and NCCS organized by IETE & ISVE Ranchi Centre till date since 2018. He is Life-Member of renowned professional bodies like ISTE, SSI, SESI, IIIE and ISCA, Member of IAENG, Associate Member of IEI (India), the IRED and IETE. In addition, Dr. Mahato is acting as a Moderator of semester question papers of Swami Vivekananda University, West Bengal, and Bihar Engineering University, Patna, Government of Bihar.
