Dr. Prerna Gulati, Associate Professor is associated with ILM, Greater Noida since September, 2023. Prior to this she has worked with Ideal Institute of Management and Technology and School of Law from August, 2010 till August, 2023 and also worked as Assistant Professor at Mewar Law Institute affiliated with CCS University from July, 2009 to June, 2010. She has completed her Ph.D on the topic “Conditions of work and employment of domestic help sector: A Critical legal analysis of Social Security Laws” for her Ph.D from Mewar University, Chittorgarh. She did her Master’s from Guru Singh Indraprastha University. She holds expertise interest in the field of International Law, Tax Law, and Intellectual Property Law. She has published various research papers in reputed journals. She was also awarded the Best Presenter for her Paper Presentation in the area of International Trade Laws at an International Conference organized by Aligarh Muslim University. She has also convened various events like Moot Court Competitions, Conferences, Debates, and FDP etc for the skill advancements of the students and faculty members. Even after holding more than 15 years in teaching she believes she is a learner and constantly updates herself with the latest techniques of teaching and law by participating in Refresher Courses, Orientation Programs and FDPs with reputed organizations such as MHRD and PMMMNMTT. She has also been a Keynote Speaker in Intellectual Property Rights Certificate Programme organized by Ideal Institute of Management and Technology and in Sensitization Programme organized by Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.
