“Mr. Hilal Ahmad Shah is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at IILM University, Greater Noida, bringing over 4.9 years of rich experience in both academia and industry, including 1.9 years of industrial experience. With a strong foundation in computer science and emerging technologies, Mr.Hilal has made notable contributions to teaching, research, and academic leadership.

Previously, they were associated with Chandigarh University, where they contributed not only as an Assistant professor but also served as a Master Subject Coordinator, overseeing academic quality and curriculum alignment. Prior to that, at SGT University, they held several key responsibilities in addition to their teaching role, including serving as the Smart Campus Project Coordinator, SPOC for the Smart India Hackathon, and Faculty Advisor of the Academic Club, actively promoting innovation and student engagement beyond the classroom by organising various tech events and hackathons.

Their academic journey is distinguished by several achievements:

• Secured 2nd position in Synergy 2023 – Techfest at SGT University for the project “Blood Cancer Detection Using Machine Learning” under the Health and Well-being category.
• Certificate of Appreciation from Chandigarh University (ABET Accredited) for exceptional contribution during the ABET Accreditation On-Site Visit 2022–23.
• Coordinator Certificate for a Value Added Course on “Blockchain Essentials and Development of DApps” at Chandigarh University.

In addition to teaching and coordination, Mr.Hilal is an active researcher with more than five SCOPUS-indexed research papers and book chapters published in the areas of machine learning, blockchain, IoT, and smart systems.
