Mr. Pankaj Kumar is a highly accomplished IT academician and technical trainer with over 18 years of rich experience spanning higher education, corporate training, and industry-oriented skill development. He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at IILM University, Greater Noida, where he plays a key role in delivering placement-focused training to B.Tech and MCA students from the CSE, IT, and MCA departments. His responsibilities include teaching core programming subjects, mentoring students for industry readiness, and designing outcome-driven curricula aligned with evolving technological and corporate requirements.

Mr. Kumar has previously held academic and leadership positions at prestigious institutions such as Sharda University, Graphic Era University, Tirthankar Mahavir University, ITS Engineering College, NIIT Ltd., and Crestech Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. He also brings valuable international exposure through his role as a Foreign IT Faculty at Ningxia University, China. Throughout his career, he has successfully led large training teams, contributed to Centers of Excellence, and played a pivotal role in placement initiatives.

His areas of expertise include C, C++, Data Structures, Java, C#.NET, DBMS, SQL, and Software Testing (Manual and Automation). Mr. Kumar holds an MCA and M.Tech and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Network Security.
