Dr. Kuhu Tiwari specializes in Intellectual Property and Technology Laws. She has served as an Assistant Professor at Hidayatullah National Law University and Christ (Deemed to be University), NCR, and holds a Ph.D. in Law from IIT Kharagpur, where her research focused on Drug Laws, Public Policy, and Trademark Law. Her work has been published in reputed journals such as the Oxford Journal of Intellectual Property Law and Practice (OUP). She has received the Young Asian IP Scholar Award (ARCIALA–SMU & City University of Hong Kong) and the Best Paper Award at HNLU’s International Conference on Blockchain and Fintech (2024). Dr. Tiwari also serves as a reviewer for leading IP journals and as an Academic Supervisor for the Joint LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Management Program at NLU Delhi. Educational Qualification
