Dr. Monika Bhatia is an accomplished academician with over 17 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. A Ph.D. and UGC-NET qualified scholar, she specializes in Finance and Human Resource Management and is a Certified Emotional Intelligence Trainer (Protouch & SHRM). She has been associated with reputed institutions, including Ansal University / Ansal Institute of technology, Gurugram University, ICFAI Business School (IBS) Gurugram, and FIIB Delhi, ISH Gurugram & Shri Vishwakarma Skill University. Dr. Bhatia has contributed extensively to research, with more than 40 publications in reputed journals, including Scopus and ABDC-indexed journals, along with book chapters, patents, and editorial assignments for journals such as the Gurugram University Business Review. She has supervised Ph.D. scholars in areas like Corporate Social Responsibility, Financial Resilience, and Corporate Performance, and has played a key role in organizing several national and international conferences, faculty development programmes, and innovation initiatives. Her research interests include Financial Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Emotional Intelligence, and Performance Evaluation.
