At Newton Business School, she served as Executive Director – Quality Assurance, Programme Leader, and Assessor, ensuring global standards in business education and successfully facilitating multiple cohorts to full Pearson certification. Her transition into the social sector saw her lead impact measurement and evaluation initiatives with organisations such as Catalytic Corps and Muskaan Foundation, and contribute to large-scale school quality transformation efforts at Adhyayan. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Aircel and Vodafone, where she led customer service, retention, and quality functions, driving improvements in customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
