A campus placement drive was conducted on 3rd February 2026 by Advantage Club.ai at IILM Gurugram Campus for the MBA 2026 batch, offering the role of Customer Success Manager — a position in the domain of customer success and relationship management — with a total of 19 students from IILM campuses across Delhi/NCR and Lucknow applying for the opportunity.
The selection process was structured across three sequential stages — a Pre-Placement Talk (PPT), a Group Discussion (GD), and an HR/Personal Interview — providing a comprehensive, industry-standard recruitment experience that assessed students on multiple dimensions including organisational awareness, communication ability, analytical thinking, teamwork, and overall role suitability.
The Pre-Placement Talk conducted by Advantage Club.ai representatives introduced students to the organisation’s profile, role expectations, and growth opportunities — providing prospective candidates with the contextual knowledge necessary to make informed decisions about their career interest in customer success and relationship management.
The Group Discussion round was specifically designed to assess students’ communication skills, analytical thinking, and teamwork abilities, reflecting the multi-competency requirements of a Customer Success Manager role in a digitally oriented organisation such as Advantage Club.ai.
A team of three representatives from Advantage Club.ai visited the campus to conduct the recruitment process, including one representative from the GM – Founder’s Office — underscoring the seriousness of the organisation’s commitment to campus recruitment and the strategic importance it places on identifying talent through structured institutional engagement.
A total of 19 MBA 2026 batch students from IILM campuses across Delhi/NCR and Lucknow gained direct, structured exposure to an industry recruitment process with Advantage Club.ai, developing firsthand understanding of the role expectations, organisational culture, and growth opportunities associated with a Customer Success Manager position in a digital platform company.
Students experienced and practised the full three-stage corporate recruitment sequence — Pre-Placement Talk, Group Discussion, and HR/Personal Interview — building familiarity with industry-standard selection processes and strengthening their ability to perform effectively across each stage of competitive corporate hiring.
The Group Discussion round provided students with a practical, assessed opportunity to demonstrate communication, analytical thinking, and collaborative teamwork skills under competitive conditions — competencies directly transferable to customer-facing and relationship management roles in the digital and technology sectors.
The HR/Personal Interview stage equipped students with experience in presenting their overall suitability for a professional role under direct evaluative scrutiny, strengthening their self-presentation skills, professional confidence, and ability to articulate their value proposition to prospective employers.
The drive provided students with a valuable platform to explore career prospects specifically in the domain of customer success and relationship management — an increasingly prominent and in-demand professional area within digital businesses — broadening their awareness of career pathways beyond conventional MBA placement tracks.
