A campus placement drive was organised on 18th March 2026 at IILM Gurugram Campus by NCHENG LLP — a company focused on innovative business solutions and market-driven strategies — for the MBA 2026 batch, with a notably large cohort of 60 students participating and 3 students shortlisted for the final interview round, reflecting strong student interest in the organisation and a highly competitive selection environment.
The recruitment process was conducted by a team of three NCHENG LLP representatives and structured across the standard three-stage format — PPT, GD, and HR/Personal Interview — ensuring a rigorous and systematic multi-stage evaluation of a large candidate pool, with each stage progressively refining the shortlist based on demonstrated competencies.
The Pre-Placement Talk conducted by NCHENG LLP representatives provided 60 participating students with insights into the company’s focus on innovative business solutions and market-driven strategies — establishing the professional context within which candidate evaluation was conducted and enabling students to position their applications in alignment with the company’s strategic priorities.
The Group Discussion stage, conducted with 60 participants, represented one of the largest competitive assessment environments across the documented placement drives — providing students with an intensive experience of performing under heightened competitive pressure, a skill that is directly transferable to high-stakes professional environments in business consulting and strategy-oriented organisations.
The drive demonstrated the CECS function’s capacity to manage large-scale placement events effectively, ensuring that 60 students received a structured, professional, and equitable recruitment experience — reflecting the operational competence and student-facing commitment of the Career Engagement & Corporate Services team at IILM Gurugram.
Sixty MBA 2026 batch students gained structured, direct exposure to a corporate recruitment process conducted by NCHENG LLP, an organisation focused on innovative business solutions and market-driven strategies — providing a large cohort with meaningful industry engagement and practical recruitment experience in a business consulting and strategy-oriented context.
Participation in a highly competitive recruitment environment — with 60 students competing across PPT, GD, and HR/Personal Interview stages for a limited number of positions — provided students with an intensive and realistic simulation of the selectivity and competitive pressure characteristic of corporate graduate recruitment in the professional services and consulting sectors.
The Group Discussion stage, conducted at scale with 60 participating students, challenged each candidate to differentiate themselves through clarity, analytical depth, and collaborative engagement within a large and highly competitive peer group — an experience that develops both the ability to contribute meaningfully in group settings and the composure to perform under significant competitive pressure.
Three students achieving shortlisting through an intensely competitive process of 60 participants represented a meaningful and hard-earned outcome, whilst the broader cohort’s participation provided extensive practice in professional assessment settings — collectively strengthening the placement readiness of the MBA 2026 batch ahead of subsequent recruitment opportunities.
Exposure to NCHENG LLP’s focus on innovative business solutions and market-driven strategies broadened students’ understanding of the range of strategic and analytical career pathways available to MBA graduates, reinforcing the value of developing strong business acumen, market awareness, and solution-oriented thinking as core professional competencies.
