Dr. Anurag Kumar is an Assistant Professor at IILM University, Gurugram, with a Ph.D. from the International Management Institute (IMI), New Delhi, specializing in Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, and Multimodal Transportation Optimization. He is actively engaged in teaching, academic administration, and research. His research work has been published in reputed ABDC ‘A’ category journals, and he has presented at several national and international conferences. Prior to joining academia, he served as a Senior Research Fellow at the Technology Information, Forecasting and Assessment Council (TIFAC), an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Science and Technology. His research interests include operations and supply chain management, logistics networks, and decision sciences.

- Global Technology Watch Group (Ministry of Science & Technology)- As a Senior Research Fellow at TIFAC, he has contributed to the Global Technology Watch Group (GTWG) project by carrying out technology mapping and prioritization using technology foresight methodologies and Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA). His work involved evaluating emerging technologies, assessing their strategic relevance, and supporting evidence-based technology planning and policy formulation for national priority sectors.
