Dr. Gaurav Karan is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the School of Management in Entrepreneurship and Innovation track at IILM University, Gurugram. He is an academician, researcher, and innovation professional with more than a decade of experience across higher education, government projects, research, corporate training, and entrepreneurship development. He has held academic and innovation leadership roles at Lovely Professional University, IGNOU, and the Haryana Institute of Public Administration. His expertise spans innovation ecosystems, startup incubation, technology commercialization, entrepreneurship education, experiential learning, faculty development, and policy-oriented research. He has successfully led hackathons, innovation summits, startup bootcamps, and industry collaborations while mentoring student entrepreneurs and strengthening institutional innovation ecosystems.
