Launch of the Personality Transformation Lab

IILM University Gurugram launched the Personality Transformation Lab (PTL) — a new initiative aimed at building clarity, confidence, and a forward-looking mindset among students. The launch featured a panel discussion bringing together voices from executive coaching, personal branding, organisational psychology, and HR leadership, in conversation on personal growth, mindset, and leadership readiness.

The session was moderated as an open panel format, with each speaker sharing frameworks and personal experiences on what it takes to grow, lead, and show up authentically — both in the classroom and beyond it.

2. Personal brand rests on four pillars. Credibility, Value, Visibility, and Relationships work together like the legs of a chair — remove one, and the structure becomes unstable.
3. Risk tolerance is a leadership skill. A “fail fast, learn fast” mindset was positioned as essential for anyone looking to grow rather than stay safe.
4. Authenticity outperforms polish. In interviews, pitches, and everyday interactions, genuine responses build more trust and connection than rehearsed, “perfect” answers.
5. Agility is the new differentiator. The ability to adapt quickly — in mindset and approach — was flagged as a defining trait of future-ready professionals.
