Dr Anuj Tripathi

Associate Professor

Dr. Anuj Tripathi is currently serving as Associate Professor of Decision Science and AI at IILM University, Gurugram, where he contributes to teaching, curriculum design, assessment planning, program coordination, and accreditation-related academic responsibilities. He is an academic and industry practitioner whose work connects decision science, business analytics, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, business intelligence, and emerging technology applications with contemporary management education. His academic profile is strengthened through international teaching, research, and mentoring associations with Golden Gate University, USA, and Liverpool John Moores University, UK, along with research experience at Jamia Millia Islamia under an ICSSR-funded government project and broader collaborations across India, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Malaysia.

Since completing his Ph.D. in Management in 2021, he has contributed to curriculum development, research guidance, accreditation support, interdisciplinary collaboration, and ABDC-oriented publication development. His teaching interests span information technology, digital marketing, AI for business, machine learning, blockchain, data analytics, product and project management, strategic innovation, leadership, and quantum computing for business. His academic journey is further complemented by over 16 years of corporate leadership experience with Affle, R Systems, Whatfix, and Daffodil Software, where he worked across SaaS, enterprise technology, customer success, agentic AI, and international business growth in North America, EMEA, and Asia. This blend of academic and corporate experience enables him to bring applied industry relevance into the classroom, research ecosystems, and institution-building initiatives, supported by multiple leadership recognitions for documentation and process implementation.
