Introduction:
Dr. Neetu Yadav is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the School of Management at IILM University, Gurugram. She holds a PhD in Finance and Accounting from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad, with her doctoral research focusing on CSR expenditure and credit ratings in India. She has a strong research orientation with publications in ABDC-A, ABDC-B, and Scopus-indexed journals. Her research primarily focuses on corporate governance, CSR, credit ratings, and executive compensation in emerging markets. With teaching experience across reputed institutions, she has taught courses such as Financial Accounting, Financial Statement Analysis, GST, and Management Control Information Systems. She is also actively involved in academic mentoring, research, and faculty development initiatives.
