Dr. Puja Acharya is an Associate Professor at IILM University. She has done B.Tech, M.Tech and Ph.D (Antenna Designing) in Electronics and Communication Engineering with more than 18 years of teaching experience. Her areas of interests in Embedded Robotics, Drone and Automation, Optical Communication, Antenna Designing and Micro Electronics. Grade A certified trainer in robotics from IIT Bombay and also headed the E-Yantra society registered from IIT Bombay. Build many labs of Electronics like Analog Electronics, Microwave Engineering, Digital Electronics, Communication Engineering, Embedded Systems, most recent Drone Lab. Many projects under her guidance have been selected for incubation, start-ups, and in KEIC. She has published many research articles in journals of international repute like IEEE, Elsevier and Springer. Her interests lie in design & development, curriculum development and project building. Perseverance, hard work and sincerity are my key attributes towards achieving the goal. She has mentored undergraduate, post graduate students and post-doctoral research scholar as supervisor.
She has served as Evaluator for AICTE Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell School Innovation Contest: Junior Hackathon 2024-25 (2 lakh amount), Received 3 times DST, Haryana Grant for organizing National Technology Day 2023,2024.She is Certified and awarded with “A” grade in Robotics, e-Yantra, IIT Bombay in the Task Base Challenge (2019).Certified DGCA, Govt of India approved Drone Remote Pilot License Certificate for Cat 1, VLOS, Class 1, UAS, 2023-B06/41
