Dr. Sangeeta currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the School of Computer Science & Engineering, IILM University, Gurugram, with expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, she is a Certified Master – AI Research Tools and a Certified Generative AI Professional, bringing over 11 years of experience in teaching, research, innovation, and academic leadership.

Dr. Sangeeta has played a key role in establishing several Research Labs and Centres of Excellence in AI, NVIDIA GPU Computing, Intel Unnati AI Lab, Robotics, Digital FabLab, and Apple iOS Technology, fostering innovation and industry-academia collaboration. Her research contributions include publications in Scopus, Web of Science, IEEE, Springer, and AIP indexed journals and conferences. She has also edited multiple books published by CRC Press and Routledge and holds several published and granted patents in areas such as IoT-based Home Automation, Explainable AI for Clinical Decision Support, Thermal Attendance Screening, Predictive Maintenance, Intelligent Fire Detection, Personalized Health Monitoring, and Malware Detection. In addition, she has facilitated the registration of multiple student and startup proprietorships under the MSME Udyam Registration through the university’s incubation ecosystem.
