With over 14 years of experience in higher education, she has expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Big Data Analytics, Educational Data Mining, and Generative AI. She has actively contributed to curriculum development, academic leadership, student mentoring, and research supervision. Her research focuses on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Educational Data Mining, Healthcare AI, and Intelligent Decision Support Systems. She has published numerous research papers in Scopus-indexed journals and international conferences, authored book chapters, holds multiple patents, serves as a reviewer for IEEE conferences, and has organized several national and international academic events.
